This is by far the worst Company I have ever dealt with, I had Frank come out June 3 for a full shampoo and detail inside and wash and wax outside. He used a clay bar on my car in the Az summer heat which left my car looking like the clear coat was coming off, I took pictures and they said it wasnt their fault and left me with a mess to clean up Ive owned my car 4 years and never had it looked as bad until I let these people touch it.

They left some brown substance inside my car as well.

No detailing here just a miserably mess. DO IT YOURSELF you will be way happier and do a better job!

I booked a detail. I requested The showroom shine special but they said it cost more for my car than advertised bc it's an suv.

The person I spoke to said the tech would assess the car on site and see if the price would need to be adjusted due to pet hair or comar condition. When he arrived, he had not even assessed the car but immediately told me there would be a $50 charge for pet hair. I had very minimal amount of pet hair ( definitely not $50) worth. I asked him to look at the car first and then he started arguing with me about how hard it is to clean any pet hair and if I didn't agree to pay the extra $50 I'd have to sign a waiver promising not to give a bad review.

He was rude, u professional and argumentative. He told me to call the office.

I went inside to call the office and before I even came outside he was gone! This company is a sham

Broke my just replaced windshield. Showed up late.

Did not detail at all. Sprayed Armor all everywhere did not wipe.did not shampoo anywhere in car. Did not vacuum back seats or under back seats. Tires not done , just wasnt detailed.

Sent pictures as requested, sent same detailer back who just asked why he was there.

Left message to get money back and no call back. I want windshield replaced.

The guy showed up on time, asked to clean my car in the garage. I said okay, figuring he would just clean inside the car and take it out to the driveway to wash the outside.

Took him 2 and 1/2 hours.

When he finished I looked through the car and it seemed okay because it was INSIDE! I asked him where he washed the car and he said inside the garage. It didnt look wet anywhere.

I drove it this morning and saw how filmy and streaked ALL the windows were. I tried Windex and ammonia to clean them but it wont come clean.

My newly sealed garage floor has some black film all over it that I cant get clean either.

The worst detailing Ive ever had. Its in worse shape than before detailing!

Lesson learned, dont use this company.

They call their self mobile detail but they dont have a pressurized water tank or a Power Washer! One guy showed up with a squirt bottle!

I was unfortunately in the middle of something so I didnt notice that until he was almost done but he also didnt even attempt to clean the awning, didnt get all the bugs off, didnt even touch the windows or the slide out sides, even though they asked how many slide outs we had before they figured up the bill!! I would never use them again!

Total waste of money!! Plus when he arrived he just spent the first 15 minutes trying to get me to upgrade to a wax that was $200 more than the $528 that they had already quoted me!

This company and webpage offer services in every city in the state of Arizona. They do not deliver anything close to the services that they promise.

You are unable to leave a review through Google. They have no business license under this name. They may wash, dry and vacuum your car, but they sure as *** do not shampoo the upholstery, polish and wax as promised. If you use this company make sure the services are performed on camera and do not expect the services listed.

Ask what they will be doing, visually see the products and equipment to be used, and if there is even a water tank on the business vehicle. Insist on an invoice.

Actually no stars. This company are rip off artists. The services they purport to offer on their website "Tucson mobile detailing.com" are not performed in any fashion close to what they state beginning with the exterior wash to carpet shampooing.

The exterior of my motor home was cleaned with 3 spray bottles of some wash wax solution and hand dried with no more than 6 small microfiber cloths.

Roof was cleaned in same fashion. If a half gallon of water was used I would be amazed.

Door jambs weren't cleaned, cabinets weren't cleaned, shower wasn't cleaned, carpet wasnt shampooed or dried per description.

On the original visit one man did exterior and interior in under 4 hours.

Called business and owner assured me they wanted to make it right. Second visit complaints were addressed in the same half *** fashion as original visit.

Do not use this place. This is the only review on the web that is to be found anywhere. My searches for the company at the url did not produce any reviews.

I too paid for this non service. $850.00
